Stayed at this venue for a break and everything was well-kept. I adored the fantastic and prime spot right by the water, offering the most gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean! 🌊

Location, location, location...you cannot beat the location of this hotel.

Some of the condos need updating - badly!

Everything was well-maintained, including excellent staff and excellent location on the shore directly beneath us. Our room with excellent view was air-conditioned and extremely spacious...

The rooms here were absolutely stunning, with beautiful ocean views that were just fantastic. Plus, the location was perfect, right next to Brennecke's Beach 🌊.

Location, location, location. Could not be beat. Very friendly staff! A bit of old Hawaiiana, which was really lovely. Board games and books in closet in hotel, great touch. Views were magnificent.

Bathtub wasn't properly cleaned and had a load of flies in the drain in master bath. Shower would not turn on in guest bath, so had to share.We understand that insects are a common occurence on the islands, but feel the bathrooms could use an overhaul. (particularly the showers)

I had a fantastic stay at this oceanfront property in Poipu. The location was perfect, right on the water with stunning sunset views. The pool area was great, with a warm pool and plenty of seating. The condo itself was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The highlight was definitely the ability to watch dolphins, turtles, and even seals from the balcony. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The views form our apartment were awesome! Crashing waves, glorious beaches, blue skies and giant turtles swimming around! Apartment was very well equipped and the location great for walking, surfing, snorkelling and surfing. Magical!

Nothing, it was fabulous!

This hotel is situated on the sunny south shore on the water front, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The location is absolutely sensational, making it the perfect spot for a beach getaway. The rooms have been updated with some nice quality furnishings, and they are in good condition. The back bedroom provides a comfortable and relaxing space for a good night's sleep.

This hotel exceeded expectations and provided a fantastic experience.

It was wonderful, we loved being so close to the ocean, it was very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. It was great to beable to enjoy the island and then come back to a place to beable to rest, relax and call home away from home. We loved it, and thankyou

We really can't think of anything we didn't like

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location on Kauai's south shore was perfect, as it allowed easy access to the beautiful beaches of Poipu. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all of my needs were taken care of. The parking was convenient and I had no issues finding a spot. I especially loved the fact that the hotel was right on the shore, with stunning views of the ocean directly beneath my balcony.

The venue was set in the oceanfront position just off local tourist activities as well as a great spot to watch the turtles come into shore for the evening. This was my incredible stay for a relaxing vacation for two.

We rented 3 condos for our wedding and the office was able to place us all next to each other, making for a seamless ceremony and vacation experience. The rooms are spacious and well stocked, with amazing views off the balcony. Falling asleep to the waves was like being rocked to sleep. The pool and pool deck offer incredible views and we saw turtles and dolphins swim past. The staff is welcoming and friendly, taking great care of us. Easily one of the best places I have stayed in Hawaii.
